The main objective of this research is to increase order fulfillment of log trailer cranes through Lean Manufacturing tools in the metalworking sector. Thus, the metalworking industry in 2021 represented 9.5% of the added value (VAB) of the manufacturing industry (60,855 million soles) and 1.2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (486,737 million soles). To achieve this, the causes of the low indicator are evaluated using the tools: TPM, SMED, 5S and JIDOKA, carrying out an initial analysis, it was identified that the OTD for the year 2023 is 70%, in contrast to similar processes the ideal is 95%, which presents a gap of 30%. It is determined that the problem that presents the greatest economic impact is the non-delivery of orders with an amount of S/ 319,602.07, this represents 75% of the total problems and 3.64% of the total billing for the year of study. It is concluded that by using the arena simulation with the implementation of the TPM and SMED tools, the orders served are increased by 34.43%, with the use of the tools the economic impact of the company is reduced by 27.67%. Likewise, the OTD increased by 25% with respect to the initial value, the Set up and the MTTR of the cutting process decreased by 23.92% and 11.93% respectively, the Set up and percentage of reprocessing in the Welding stage decreased by 42.21% and 37.73% respectively.
