The Peruvian textile industry has experienced a decrease in its productive efficiency in recent years, which has made this sector highly competitive, since it represents the third activity with the greatest contribution in the manufacturing sector. Previous studies demonstrate the application of lean tools such as 5s, Visual Management, maintenance management and more, aligned to the improvement of productive efficiency as a solution to the problem. For this reason, tools from the Lean manufacturing methodology are sought for medium-sized companies in the textile sector. In this sense, the present research project is focused on increasing the productive efficiency of a medium-sized weaving company, in order to satisfy its customers, improve the quality of its products offered and the use of the company's resources. Likewise, it has a structure of four chapters. First, in chapter one, the theoretical framework is presented, which details the theoretical concepts of the lean tools that were chosen to solve the problem and defines necessary terms for a better understanding. Secondly, in chapter two, which presents the company as a case study, its processes, the problems found and the causes of these problems. Thirdly, there is chapter 3, which details the tools selected for improvement and the explanation of the model. Finally, there is chapter four which presents the results of the model; in addition, the benefits of the project are found. Finally, favorable results and future recommendations found throughout the development of the project were determined.
