The present research work aims to implement Lean Manufacturing tools, such as the 5S methodology, Standardized Work, Autonomous Maintenance, and the SLP methodology, to improve efficiency in the sewing area of a textile manufacturing company. Currently, the company has an efficiency level of 73.69%, but it is expected to achieve a level exceeding 80% through the application of these tools and methodologies. Furthermore, information about the company under study will be provided, including its organizational chart and product line. The most influential product lines will be identified in terms of both production and generated profit. Each cause of the problem will be addressed in detail to gain a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand. Subsequently, a solution design will be proposed based on the prior analysis of the sewing area, detailing the necessary components and resources. A schedule will be developed to visualize the planned activities, along with an estimated budget. Finally, indicators will be established to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed model.
