This study starts from the problem: How is digital disconnection related to the right to rest from work of teleworkers in the private sector in Peru during the Covid-19 State of Health Emergency, in the periods 2020-2021?; whose objective was to determine how digital disconnection is related to the right to rest from work of teleworkers in the private sector in Peru during the Covid-19 State of Health Emergency, in the periods 2020-2021. The hypothesis was that digital disconnection is related to the right to rest from work of teleworkers in the private sector in Peru during the Covid-19 State of Health Emergency, in the periods 2020-2021. As a methodology, a qualitative approach was taken. Document analysis and interview were used. Its results: that in the right to disconnect from work and the enjoyment of private-family life, emphasis is placed on the protection of worker rights against work interference. Concluding that the right to disconnect from work is based on respect for the right to rest from work, which the worker enjoys in remote work.
