The research ""Law for the Protection of Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the Violation of the Rights to Access to State Therapies and Inclusive Education in Peru"", focuses on determining how the Law for the Protection of People with Autism Spectrum Disorder affects people with this condition in Peru. especially in access to specialized state therapies and inclusive education. Various limitations and difficulties are identified in the current legislation that hinder the full exercise of the rights of this group, generating significant challenges in their social and educational integration. In this sense, the research problem posed is: How does the Law for the Protection of People with Autism Spectrum Disorder affect people with this condition in Peru?, The proposed research hypothesis is that the Law for the Protection of People with Autism Spectrum Disorder affects people with this condition in Peru because it violates their rights to access specialized therapies and education Inclusive. The specific objectives of this research are to evaluate the efficiency of the Law for the Protection of Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder in relation to access to specialized therapies and inclusive education, to identify the difficulties in accessing state specialized therapies for people with autism spectrum disorder, to identify the limitations in the right to inclusive education for these people in the Peruvian education system, and propose a regulation that ensures equitable and effective access to state specialized therapies and inclusive education for people with autism spectrum disorder in Peru. The study is developed using a qualitative approach that includes a literature review, specific case studies and interviews with constitutional law experts and ASD specialists. Through this process, critical aspects that require attention in current legislation are identified, such as the lack of state centers specializing in ASD and the need for training for educational and health personnel. These results underscore the urgent need for comprehensive legislation to ensure equitable and effective access to specialized therapies and inclusive education for people with ASD in Peru. Legislation is proposed to address these shortcomings, including the creation of specialized ASD centers nationwide, the implementation of funding programs and Chicchón Brandán, Fiorella Astrid viii subsidies for specialized therapies, and the strengthening of education and training of education and health personnel
