Los patrones culturales en el juego simbólico que realizan los niños y niñas en los sectores del aula y otros espacios de la I. E. I. EIB de Chahuarinay – Apurímac

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to analyze the cultural patterns that are manifested in the symbolic play that boys and girls perform in the classroom and other spaces of the EIB of Chahuarinay. This study is qualitative because the information was “collected by speaking directly with people or observing their behaviors and actions in context” (Karina Batthyány and Mariana Cabrera, p. 78). The information was collected through semi-structured interviews with six mothers of families, a teacher from an EIB school in Apurímac, and seven students were observed when they played in different spaces. The findings show that children during play often recreate situations from their family environment and their own culture. The situations and environments they recreate are: the kitchen, the farm, baby care, animal care, ritual ceremonies and traditional festivities. They also make use of elements of the city. To which they give names related to their cultural environment. The findings are put into discussion with the information from the theoretical framework. Finally, the conclusion reached is that the game represents activities and spaces shared between women and men. In addition, culture is still present despite the influence of the city.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los patrones culturales que se manifiestan en el juego simbólico que realizan los niños(as) en los sectores del aula y otros espacios de la I.E.I. EIB de Chahuarinay. Este estudio es cualitativo porque la información fue “recogida al hablar directamente con las personas u observar sus comportamientos y acción en contexto” (Batthyány y Cabrera, 2011, p. 78). La información se recopiló mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a seis madres de familias, una docente de una escuela EIB de Apurímac y se observó a siete estudiantes cuando jugaban en distintos espacios. Los hallazgos muestran que los niños(as) durante el juego suelen recrear situaciones de su entorno familiar y de su propia cultura. Las situaciones y ambientes que recrean son: la cocina, la chacra, el cuidado del bebé, el cuidado de los animales, las ceremonias rituales y las festividades costumbristas. También hacen uso de elementos de la ciudad. Los hallazgos se ponen en discusión con la información del marco teórico. Finalmente, la conclusión a la que se llega es que en el juego se representan actividades y espacios compartidos entre mujeres y hombres. Además, la cultura sigue estando presente a pesar de la influencia de la ciudad.
