The objective of this research work is to evaluate the contribution of the Mobile Blended Learning model in the development of English language communicative competence in fourth grade high school students of a public educational institution in the Piura region, 2023. The importance is that the teaching community knows the implementation of this model so that it can be implemented in learning activities and learning experiences to encourage the development of communicative competence in the student community. This research followed the qualitative route, of descriptive type, whose design was phenomenological. The techniques used in this study were observation, photography and interview. Eight students and one teacher from the fourth year of secondary school of a public institution in the Piura region were selected for the sample. The results indicated that the application of the Mobile Blended Learning model helped positively in the development of communicative competence, because the students improved their social interactions, were more confident to make presentations on social issues and made reports with good pronunciation and intonation in their command of the English language.
