This research work has proposed the design and implementation of a formative evaluation tool in the execution of the first 3 laboratory experiments in Physics II of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the National University of Engineering during the academic period 2019-II. The general objective was to design a Physics II laboratory execution to assess the achievement of conceptual, procedural and attitudinal skills in students during the execution of the Physics II laboratories of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the National Engineering University. The methodology is research-action type. The publication was applied to 48 students of sections C and D of the Physics Laboratories II during the execution of the first 3 Laboratory experiments generating reflexive processes from the feedback on teaching-learning, recorded in the reflective Journal. Subsequently, the interviews allowed to identify the perception in the use of the rubric. The information obtained will serve as input to specify the cycle of the process of research - action. The main result is a quantifiable improvement in the achievement of conceptual and procedural skills in laboratory students, as well as a proposal for improvement for the redesign of the rubric.
