This project will present the analysis, diagnosis and optimization proposal for the supply chain of a pharmaceutical product distribution company at the southern level.By using the SCOR model, the general study of the supply chain will be carried out. For this, current information on the company has been generated, then the company will be diagnosed and then a solution projection model will be generated where we will detail our recommendations for its application and what are the points to improve. Currently the Pharmaceutical company is booming in increasing production due to the fact that the sales strategy is dominating a large part of the macro-southern region. This is why addressing these bottlenecks is extremely important in your supply chain planning. In this project, solutions have also been proposed that should be analyzed by the personnel who work in the company since pharmaceutical products have a greater boom due to the current diseases that are faced in the country such as COVID-19, among others. Therefore, the project has a descriptive and developmental scope focused on particular cases of the supply chain.
