Objective: to determine the relationship between healthy physical condition and quality of life in older adults treated at the Infantas Health Center, 2024. Materials and methods: a quantitative approach was considered, with a cross-sectional, non-experimental design, with a descriptive and correlational. The population and sample were 51 cases of older adults. The technique used was the survey, with two valid and reliable questionnaires. Results: the level of physical fitness in older adults was found mostly at a medium level (58.8%), followed by a high level (25.5%) and low level (15.7%). In the dimension domestic aerobic activities (41.2%), healthy physical activities (51.0%) and muscular flexibility (51.0%). In relation to quality of life, the majority of participants reported a fair quality of life (54.9%), followed by a good quality of life (29.4%) and an inadequate quality of life (15.7%). The emotional well-being dimension has an inadequate quality of life in 60.8% of cases, physical well-being is predominantly good (60.8%), interpersonal relationships are mostly regular (58.8%), and material well-being is inadequate in 70.6%. of the participants. Conclusions: a significant relationship was found between healthy physical condition and quality of life in older adults, with a p value of 0.002, indicating a strong statistical association between healthy physical condition and quality of life in older adults cared for in the Infantas Health Center during the period 2024.
