Nivel de satisfacción laboral en enfermeras de centro quirúrgico en un hospital de Lima ,2023

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras en el área quirúrgica de un Hospital de Lima, en el 2023, Métodos y Materiales se formuló a través de un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño es no experimental, lo que implica que no se realizarán alteraciones o manipulaciones en la variable estudiada. Además, el estudio tiene un enfoque transversal, ya que se capturarán datos en un punto específico en el tiempo. De tipo descriptivo, enfocándose en detallar, explicar y examinar el fenómeno en su estado natural y utiliza un cuestionario de satisfacción laboral. De 27 ítems. Resultados serán parte del análisis del instrumento de cada variable y permitirá a través de tablas y figuras describir la variable. Conclusiones se buscará responder a cada uno de los objetivos planteados para medir la satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras en el área quirúrgica de un Hospital de Lima, en el 2023.
