In the present study, a suggestion is formulated to enhance supplier management within a Peruvian textile manufacturing company by employing the clustering technique. The issue arises from the allocation of orders and the outsourcing of production, leading to a potential 19% non-compliance rate with order specifications and a consequential economic loss of up to 23% on the company's net profit. This problem is significant for the enterprise as it affects end-customer satisfaction and, consequently, reduces the number of orders that the customer assigns to the central company. Currently, the clustering model is used in manufacturing countries such as China and India where the relationship between the company and its suppliers is considered essential for the optimal development of production, hence, with the help of the model, they encourage the integration of Supply Chain. The outcome of the cluster model implemented in service providers aims to diminish the quantity of delayed orders. Validation of this model involves conducting a simulation based on a scenario depicting what the results would have been if the proposal had been applied in the preceding year. A projected reduction of 5% was anticipated based on the sector. Nevertheless, the simulation results in the average scenario revealed a 3.39% decrease.
