The objective of this thesis was to prepare a work proposal on the use of electrical machinery in order to reduce the effects of noise pollution in the earth moving part in the construction of the building project in Lima. The level of research is exploratory, and the design is descriptive, since I carried out an in-depth study and collected data and information on various companies related to the construction sector, specifically the earth moving area. To identify the effects of noise pollution, the identification of the traditional machinery most used in building projects was carried out. Likewise, field measurements of noise pollution levels are carried out with a digital sound level meter. A comparison of the building projects was carried out to determine their main characteristics. A survey was carried out on the operators and workers of the earth moving units in relation to traditional machinery. A work procedure was developed in order to guarantee the quality and safety of workers and earth moving processes. The work procedure was validated by expert judgment through a survey on electrical machinery.
