The project details a management model based on the assembly procedure of the company YVR SAC Structures, a company focused on the manufacturing and assembly of metal structures. Once the problems in question have been identified, we begin to develop the management model based on the assembly procedures to be able to carry out the corresponding processes in chronological order. This ensures control over the process, allowing you to optimize your time and avoid delays. The implementation of this process management model for metal structure assembly will help provide a flow chart for the assembly of metal structures. Implementing this management model for the assembly procedure of metal structures helps in the creation of flow diagrams, which describe each process from the acquisition to the delivery of project works. Therefore, each phase of the project will be detailed to maintain control during activities throughout the construction of the project.
