Every year, the Mamacona farm, located in the district of Lurín, is the scene of a major festival starring the flag equine: we are referring to the National Contest of the Peruvian Paso Horse, organized by the National Association of Horse Breeders and Owners. of Peruvian Paso. Part of this tradition and over the years, the knowledge in the preparation of tools for the Peruvian Paso Horse, for the breeding and training of the equine, has been transmitted from generation to generation. Currently there is a variety of artisans dedicated to making the different tools for the Peruvian Paso Horse. The purpose of the proposed project is to solve one of the problems that these artisans currently present with respect to customer service; this problem is focused on the fact that the response time to inquiries made by telephone or social networks is too long, due to the limited use of technological tools. Likewise, the desired situation is the revaluation of the artisans dedicated to the Peruvian Paso Horse, improving their business model and mainly presenting a technological and intuitive solution that allows automating the different activities that are carried out at the time of providing customer service. Based on the above, it is proposed to develop a chatbot virtual assistant to optimize attention with customers who are interested in the handicrafts of the Peruvian Paso horse, making use of artificial intelligence of the deep learning type.
