This professional proficiency work focuses on improving the distribution processes of academic materials in the QX MEDIC Group, addressing several identified problems, such as delays in deliveries, difficulties in difficult to access areas, incorrect material, high shipping costs, delays in production, which cause discomfort among students, complaints, delays in institutional processes and the need to hire additional personnel. The main objective is to propose logistics solutions to improve distribution efficiency, guarantee timely deliveries and reduce costs. To achieve this, a comprehensive analysis, surveys, data analysis, MACTOR Matrix, Pareto diagram and sales estimate for 2024 were carried out. Three supply chain and logistics optimization options were evaluated. The proposed solution is to maintain a minimum stock as backup, using the reorder point formula to calculate it, which resulted in 804 study manuals. This will ensure timely and quality deliveries to students, aligning with the organization's objectives. Although it requires efforts and resources, it is expected to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase student satisfaction, establishing a solid foundation for a more robust supply chain and adaptable to future challenges.
