This Project is based on a sustainable business model which offers a solution to the current needs which have arisen from the COVID 19 pandemic. The social isolation which this pandemic has entailed has generated an increase in stress, anxiety and a work overload for the peruvian segment nse a and b. TAOFIT is the ideal solution. A subsciption based digital platform which offers virtual yoga clases and nutritional guidance. The high degree of concentration required and the physical workout help in reducing stress and anxiety and coupled with the nutricional guidance the users are able to reach their physical, emotional and nutricional goals. There has been a trend towards wellbeing and health in todays society and Taofit wants to highlight that not only is it a valuble tool for combatting stress but additionaly through an excercise regime and a healthy diet you can strengthen your imunological system. This project will present our marketing, operational, social responsibility and financial strategies. The information that we based these strategies on, which we gathered from extensive interviews and surveys of the target market and experts reveals that most people engage in some form of sport as a way to stay in shape or to combat stress but they usually don´t have the time or the motivation.
