The following investigation has been elaborated taking as reference diverse studies where the Soft Skills are considered like one of the most important factors for the optimum labor performance in the collaborators when realizing their tasks and functions. Likewise, this provides a more analytical and important approach to assume any type of challenge, which are attractive for a company at present. On the other hand, we will address the issue of job performance in the management positions of UGEL 06, being considered by MINEDU as a strategic instrument that allows implementing a comprehensive policy for efficient development. With the results of this research, we seek to validate and verify how important soft skills are in the job performance of managerial positions in order to determine whether soft skills are related to job performance that have the directors of public institutions belonging to the UGEL 06, since this way it will be possible to identify if the task that the Ministry of Education has been developing through programs, training and talks, are generating a positive effect on the labor outcomes of the managerial positions. For this, surveys were carried out to all the schools involved, which were taken in person to 107 directors of different schools supported by the UGEL 06.
