The present research project contemplates the implementation of a digital educational platform that allows improving the performance level of children from 6 to 12 years old as a benefit of time and a saving for the parents of a child. They have the necessary time. An analysis of the environment has been made to evaluate the profitability and whether the sector is attractive or not, and finally the value chain that describes the key links to generate an exciting user experience. The process is based on a digital platform that allows you to improve your way of learning. The strength of our project is based on having courses of verbal and mathematical reasoning that are the reinforcements that were obtained with greater response in the surveys and with this, scheduling the sessions and their continuous learning. The project contemplates a 3-year horizon with an initial investment of 66,499 soles that include tangible and intangible assets, pre-operative expenses and working capital. The additional net gain of the project is 33,465.18 soles, which has a return rate of 38.39%, which is higher than the weighted average cost of capital of 16.16%. The shareholder's investment amounts to 34,749.50 soles, which include an additional net gain of the project of 28,650.11 soles, equivalent to a minimum return rate of 53.85%, which is higher than the opportunity cost of the capital of 24.06% per year.
