The Control Clinic Growth and Development, seeks improvement thereof, through reducing the times of their daily processes, then, to this end is to apply the many tools and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma and focus essentially for customers. Six Sigma is able to show improved metrics for customer satisfaction. The work begins running the DMAIC cycle, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve (Improve in English), and Control. In the first phase of SET, identify customer needs, critical requirements of the product, team members and stakeholders of the team. A process or an ill-defined problem will require the team to return to the Define phase. In phase to measure, identify and quantify the most important variables in the process of Growth and Development Control, all that helps us get the current is going through the process under study. In the analysis phase, we identify the root causes and the problems that arise, for this study the data collected in the process to develop the capacity of the process. It continues with the improvement phase, which determines the appropriate levels of recommendations to optimize the process of Growth and Development Control, posing action plans which proposed train staff to achieve more prestige in the specialized clinic CRED. Finally the control phase, seeks to maintain the results of the improvement phase. It is important that the reverse lean six sigma project as much time in the first phase DEFINING, because it is very important to keep this stage solid. The consequences of not having clearly defined the first stage will entail having to make new experiments to correct those already made.
