The present study was carried out with the objective of applying Ergonomics for the optimization of productivity in the logistics area in the company Eurosport & Performance S.A.C. For this, the research was of quasi-experimental design, with a quantitative approach, with a sample composed of 15 collaborators. For the initial diagnosis, a survey was applied to the representatives of the company, field observation, accounting for physical inventories, invoices, work orders and database. Microsoft Excel and SPSS software were acquired, as well as tools such as the Problem Tree, Ishikawa Diagram and Pareto. According to the information collected, cognitive ergonomics, productivity, physical ergonomics, efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, among other indicators, were analyzed. The hypothesis that the application of ergonomics can optimize productivity will be verified, having a general average increase of 28.82%. During their application of Ergonomics, the lack of training of workers on active breaks and ergonomics, as well as the state of health emergency due to COVID-19 and the availability of company representatives, were affected. With the management model, efficiency, effectiveness, profitability and productivity have notably increased.
