ABSTRACT This research has as a general objective the implementation of a study of work to maximize the productivity of the personnel in the process of manufacture of spare parts of the company Multiservicios Industriales 3L S.A.C, in the year 2016. First, the diagnosis was made of the current work study to recognize the greatest current productivity deficiency in the company's spare parts manufacturing process. A new work study was then prepared in order to maximize staff productivity, taking into account the following: Measurement of work and methods of work; Where tools such as: General Electric Method, ILO Supplements, Westinghouse System, Standard Times, Process Analysis Diagrams and OWAS Method were used. Working conditions; which the three main elements were considered: Order and Cleaning, Lighting, Noise and Vibrations. As a result an increase in productivity from 0.038 pieces per hour to 0.054 pieces per hour, this is equivalent to performing 10 axes staggered in a month compared to 13 axes that were made months ago with the previous methodology of work. In addition, productivity was maximized by 42%, and the expected productivity was exceeded by 17% in case the standard time was reduced by 4%, Safety at Work has improved from state to " Poor "(14.15% compliance under the Occupational Safety and Health Act No. 29783 to" Regular "equivalent to one (32.08% compliance).
