Objective: To determine the level of violence exerted by the partner during pregnancy in the Upper Zone of Belén, October - 2020. Methodology: Non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study. Sample made up of 140 women who met the selection criteria. A simple random type of sampling was applied. For the description of the sociodemographic and violence variables, frequencies and percentages were used. To determine the associations between sociodemographic variables and each of the types of violence, the Chi square test was used, considering statistical significance a value of p <0.05 and an odds ratio (OR) with a 95% confidence interval. Results: 67.9% presented at least some type of violence exerted by the partner during their last pregnancy. Social violence by 57.1%; at a mild level 38.6%, moderate 14.3% and severe 4.3%. Economic violence by 7.9%, mild 0.7%, moderate 6.4% and severe 0.7%. Psychological violence in 28.6%; at a mild level 19.3%, moderate 7.9% and severe 1.4%. Physical violence by 5%; at a mild level 2.9%, moderate 1.4% and severe 0.7%. Sexual violence in 43.6%; at a mild level 28.6%, moderate 15% and severe absent. There was a statistically significant association between marital status and all types of violence. Conclusions: The most frequent type of violence is social violence, followed by sexual violence, psychological violence, economic violence, and finally, physical violence. The most frequent level of violence found was the mild level.
