Abstract: Objetivo: describir las estrategias de marketing digital en los clientes del Laboratorio Abbott - San Juan de Lurigancho, 2020.
Material y método: el presente tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y de investigación básica con diseño metodológico no experimental, es no experimental y descriptivo porque aborda la variable sin realizar intervención alguna y por qué analiza dicha variable en su medio natural y es transversal por que la recolección de datos se da en un punto temporal del tiempo.
Resultados: las estrategias de marketing digital en los clientes predominó casi nunca con 59.09%, seguido del 18.18% algunas veces, además de un 9.09% siempre, 9.09% nunca y también 4.5% casi siempre, en cuanto a las dimensiones de flujo (54.55%), funcionalidad (40.91%), feedback (50%) fidelización (54.55% en todas predominó casi nunca.
Conclusiones: en cuanto a las estrategias de marketing digital en los clientes predominó casi nunca, seguido de algunas veces, siempre y casi siempre. En cuanto a las dimensiones en todas predominó casi nunca.
