The investigation called perception of extraterritorial disciplinary impunity for alleged misconduct by officers of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) during a study mission in Colombia: 2022; The objective of the study was to analyze how extraterritorial disciplinary impunity is perceived for the alleged misconduct of PNP officers during the study mission in Colombia; It was carried out under the qualitative approach, of a basic research type, inductive method and phenomenological design, as a sample five police officers were interviewed, including an instructor and four research assistants who are members of the Disciplinary Office (OD) dependent on the General Inspectorate (IG) of the PNP. Regarding the instrumentation, the interview guide, the documentary analysis guide and the observation guide were used, the first to know the opinion of specialists regarding extraterritorial disciplinary impunity for alleged improper functional conduct. To evaluate the validity of the instrument, three experts were used, one methodologist and two thematic, who determined the applicability of the instrument with 100%, 100% and 100% respectively. Among the most relevant findings is that the inapplicability of the corresponding sanction affected and damaged the institutional image, ethics and police discipline, as well as institutional values, related to integrity and patriotism, the investigation did not conclusively determine the alleged infringement outside the national territory, which makes it possible for ongoing investigations or future extraterritorial investigations involving police personnel to go unpunished.
