Abstract: El presente estudio se ejecutó mediante el enfoque cuantitativo con un nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental - transversal. Asimismo, la población y muestra estuvo conformada por 30 colaboradores. Se utilizó como técnica a la encuesta y como instrumento de obtención de datos un cuestionario compuesto por 24 preguntas con escala de Likert, la recopilación de los mismos se hizo virtualmente por medio de Google Forms, compartiendo la dirección de enlace por WhatsApp. El instrumento se validó con la aprobación de expertos en el tema y el cálculo del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. El instrumento tuvo un coeficiente confiable de 0,883. Después de recopilar los datos, se procesaron con SPSS V.27, y los hallazgos pudieron demostrar la relación entre la importación y comercialización.

The present study was carried out using a quantitative approach with a correlational level and a non-experimental - cross-sectional design. Likewise, the population and sample consisted of 30 collaborators. The survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire composed of 24 questions with a Likert scale was used as an instrument to obtain data; the data was collected virtually through Google Forms, sharing the link address via WhatsApp. The instrument was validated with the approval of experts in the subject and the calculation of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The instrument had a reliable coefficient of 0.883.
