ABSTRACT The present research work was carried out with the Sánchez Carrión Educational Management Unit as a study entity, which develops its activities in the district of Huamachuco, Department of La Libertad, with the purpose of determining the relationship between Human Resources Management with a level of Work Stress in the Sánchez Carrión Educational Management Unit, 2021, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, non-experimental and correlational, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method, was used the data collection and the survey as a research technique, to validate the data collection instruments, it was done through the Expert Judgment method and, for the reliability of the results, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.813 for the data collection instrument for both variables, and for the Human Resources Management variable an alpha equal to 0.742, for the v variable Work stress, an alpha equal to 0.710 was found; The population was made up of 41 administrative servers, so no sample was used, the data collection instrument was applied to said population, and with the data obtained, it was possible to meet the objectives of the investigation, verify the hypothesis, present the conclusions and propose the recommendations, likewise, as the main result, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the research variables.
