The objective that was formulated for the present study was to describe the management of personal property in the Quellouno District Municipality of the province of La Convención - 2022, it was a basic, descriptive, quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional study, the population considered were the 23 people who work in the Administration and Finance Office, Accounting Unit, Logistics Unit, Warehouse Area and Heritage Unit of the municipality, from whom the information was collected with a 27-item questionnaire which present reliability with the Cronbach's Alpha whose value is 0.839, the conclusions reached are: the management of movable property in the municipality, was qualified with an average of 2.88 value that qualifies it as moderately adequate, reflecting that many times they carry out the activities without considering the procedures established by law, thus neglecting the correct management of the institution's assets, in terms of dimensions, the registration of assets with an average of 2.98, the removal of assets with 2.79 on average, acquisition acts with 3.28, disposition acts with 2.77, supervision acts with an average of 2.83 and registration acts with 2.97 on average, all of them are developed in a moderately adequate, being only the dimension of administrative acts with an average of 2.57 that presents an inadequate development.
