In this research work, a business solution is proposed oriented to an industry that, according to the Peruvian Institute of Economics (IPE, 2021), represents the 60% in exports and the 8.7% in the gross domestic product. (GDP) in our country. Likewise, the development in mineral extraction operations in this industry has represented, according to the MINEM (2022), a total of 140 fatal accidents from 2005 to the first quarter in 2022. On the other hand, the development and The incorporation of innovative technologies in the mining industry has been growing exponentially in open pit mining, however, this is not the case with underground mining, where the use and implementation of communication, monitoring and control technologies move at a slow pace. TechMine provides an alternative solution that integrates the digitalization service of this industry through structural changes with the implementation of innovative communications based on the use of servers that allow the tracking people and equipment with tracking devices throughout all operations inside the mine. Thus, through this implementation it would be possible to significantly reduce the risk accidents risk due to gassing and collision of equipment, which represent 17% of fatal accidents nationwide in this industry. To verify the viability of this proposal, some users participated, who, proved a software prototype that simulated real-time monitoring people and equipment, were able to confirm its efficiency. It should be added that the additional one-time and fixed installation and maintenance costs are due to a monthly rate per meter installed in $ 43.47/m. With respect to this business model, it is intended to achieve a penetration in 5% in the first year of the business's life with an income from direct sales for $12,751,296.00 and $2,788,909.00 as net profit is expected the first five years in operation.
