The present research work entitled “ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH JOB SATISFACTION IN NURSES OF THE MEDICINE AND SURGERY CENTER SERVICES OF THE ANTONIO LORENA CUSCO 2023 HOSPITAL” whose objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational climate and Job satisfaction in nurses of the Medicine and Surgery Surgical Center services of the Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco 2023, was of a quantitative approach, of a descriptive-correlational type and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample was made up of 53 nurses. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the MINSA Organizational Climate Questionnaire and S20/23 job satisfaction. Results: the age of the nurses 49.1% ranges between 36 and 45 years; 24.5% between 25 and 35 years old; 90.6% are female, 9.40% are male; 75.5% have other post-graduate studies; 24.5% have a master's degree; 37.7% have 1 to 5 years of service in the hospital; 49.1% have 1 to 5 years of work in surgical center, medicine and surgery services; 34.0% from 6 to 10 years old; 98.1% of the nurses consider that the organizational climate in the surgical center, medicine and surgery service of the Antonio Lorena Hospital in Cusco is healthy; 1.9% consider that they need to improve and 86.8% of them feel satisfied with their work; 13.2% feel indifferent. It was concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational climate, with a correlation coefficient of 0.765 and a bilateral significance of 0.000. This suggests that there is a strong relationship between job satisfaction and organizational climate in this hospital service.
