The development of this thesis will be carried out in Educational Institution N ° 2008 in the district Ermita, Province of Otuzco, department La Libertad in 2017, the actors involved are the residents of the neighborhood of La Ermita; The purpose of the research is to propose a concrete structural analysis and design of Educational Institution N ° 2008; To achieve the proposed objective was carried out topographical survey, the study of soil mechanics, architecture, structuring, pre-sizing, seismic analysis and design of structural elements; So that the Educational Institution has more classrooms and adequate environments for students to develop their activities, generate population development and reduce illiteracy in Peru; The investigation was carried out taking into account the Technical Standards E.020 Loads, E.030 Seismic Resistant Design, E.050 Soils and Foundations and E.060 Reinforced Concrete; The research that was carried out is of nonexperimental type with descriptive transversal design, the population was all structural elements of the Educational Institution, the sample and unit of study was the design of each structural element of the Educational Institution, the technique used was the Observation and instrument observation guide, the method that was used was descriptive statistics and instrument statistical charts; Terrain is a well-graded sand with a permissible load of 1.42 kg / cm2, the maximum displacement response in the XX direction is 1,741 cm and the YY direction is equal to 2,640 cm, the maximum mezzanine drift in the XX direction is 0.007 In the direction YY 0.005 which are within the limits for lateral displacement of mezzanine; The structural elements designed are lightened slabs, beams, columns, plates, ladders, footings and foundation beams.
