The following project presents a sustainable business solution to address a relevant social problem related to the health of Peruvians. The identified need is the following: allow access to low price and high-quality health care for people of a B socio-economic level, seeking to close the gap that today exists to access good medical attention to allow a sector that today is ignored either by the public and private sector to take care from a preventive approach. The project seeks to democratize medic attention to more people, regardless of their economic situation, geographical location or condition. The project proposes the development of a web platform (Estar bien) that allows users to schedule health care attentions from a preventive and promotional approach with various health professionals, allowing them to have complete control over their health through family planning consultancy, psychology, nutrition guidance and accompaniment during pregnancy. The picked method of work was oriented to know the needs of users to determine the service to be provided on the web platform, in order to offer an integral high-quality service at an affordable price. The results determined that both men and women, belonging to the B socio-economic segment between the ages of 18 and 39, will be interested in accessing preventive and promotional health services, hence it was estimated that the project could reach up to 749 thousand people in Lima, through the following differentiating features: (a) high quality service, (b) rapid attention and (c) competitive prices. The estimated potential annual sales range between 5,000 and 35,000 services, through the website. Finally, the financial results indicate that the business model is viable by generating in the first year of operation 5,000 services and capturing 1.7% of the potential market. The internal rate of return (IRR) is 177% at the end of the fifth year.
