Abstract: El objetivo fue evaluar las características del manejo terapéutico en gestantes con diagnóstico COVID-19 del centro de Salud 1-4 Mazamari. Como metodología, nivel descriptivo, tipo no experimental, de diseño transversal y retrospectivo, en una muestra de 190 historias clínicas; instrumento la ficha de recolección de datos. Como resultados el 62 % se encuentran entre 19 y 34 años, un 61% con trabajo independiente, 48% termino solo la secundaria, condición civil conviviente 67 %, procedencia urbana en 55%, el 50 % no tienen ninguna enfermedad, recibieron 9 controles de natalidad, el 58% fue parto por cesárea, 51 % recibieron paracetamol de 500 mg, y el grupo restante recibieron cefalexina 500 mg y ceftriaxona de 1g. En conclusión, menos del 50 % con un trabajo fijo, menos del 50 % de educación superior, sin grandes diferencias entre las zonas urbanas y las rurales, cuyos partos fueron por cesárea y recibieron como tratamiento el paracetamol de 500 mg.
The objective was to evaluate the characteristics of therapeutic management in pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 at Mazamari Health Center 1-4. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional and retrospective design, in a sample of 190 clinical histories; the instrument was the data collection form. As results, 62 % were between 19 and 34 years of age, 61 % were self-employed, 48 % finished only secondary school, 67 % were cohabiting, 55 % were from urban areas, 50 % did not have any disease, they received 9 birth controls, 58 % were delivered by cesarean section, 51 % received paracetamol 500 mg, and the remaining group received cefalexin 500 mg and ceftriaxone 1g. In conclusion, less than 50 % with a steady job, less than 50 % of higher education, with no major differences between urban and rural areas, whose deliveries were by cesarean section and received paracetamol 500 mg as treatment.
