The main objective of this study is to analyze the incidence of the Last Planner methodology in the development of the work: “Creation of vehicular traffic and pedestrian service on A street - Huaripampa Alto, San Marcos district - Huari Province - Ancash department”. In said district of San Marcos, the work of vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be carried out in which the incidence of the Last Planner system will be verified in order to improve the construction processes and activities related to said work. This applied methodology belongs to the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) created fundamentally for the development of different construction projects, being a set of processes that will help continuous improvement in the different areas of the project. According to this, the Lean Project Delivery System evolves from the Lean Construction methodology. In order to analyze said uncertainty, different work tools will be used such as software, personal commitments of the relevant members and to be able to provide continuous monitoring of the different processes, ensuring the quality of the work in the shortest possible time, taking advantage of all resources, minimizing waste and increasing yields. These processes will be based on a general schedule that will be the most important part of the project and will have that according to the different schedules previously programmed, these schedules can be classified into: Long-term planning, medium-term planning and short-term plan, providing a greater control over the activities to be carried out. These activities or tasks carried out must meet the requirements established for the benefit of the project stakeholders (Stakeholders) according to the fundamental aspects of the Lean Project Delivery System (LPDS), forming a work structure called Work Structuring created by the Lean Construction Institute (LCI). In this present study the dangers or latent limitations for the development of the project were also verified, determining that in this place the main existing limitations are: its location since it presents an extreme climate, with rainfall, the highest temperature in the month of August (23.6ºC) and the lowest temperature in July (4ºC) compared to 2020, humidity of 53% and winds of up to 3 km / h. pág. XIV Taking into account that we are in a pandemic situation since 2020, the construction sector has had to adapt to the situation and take various biosafety measures to prevent the spread of this virus within work teams. All these limitations present in the development of this project had to be taken into account for the fulfillment of the different objectives to be developed in the different branches of the project, such as: the objectives from the hydrological, geological, geographical and structural point of view. All this set of specific objectives comes to conform to a common objective that is to provide the necessary conditions for the development of the vehicular and pedestrian walkability project of the town of Huaripampa, providing benefits to its 3 sectors defined as: Huaripampa Bajo, Huaripampa Central and Huaripampa Alto.
