Aguilar M EIRL owns a garment manufacturing plant. The general objective of this research was to propose the improvement of the production process in the company Negocios y Comercializadora Aguilar’M EIRL in order to reduce revenue foregone. The methodology used was to study times and movements through direct observation and documentary analysis. The diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made, where it was mapped high foregone income of 336 229 58 soles of the year 2020, due to unnecessary movements, idle production times, waste of raw material in cutting and variable pace of production. In order to improve the problem of foregone income, it was proposed to improve working technique, time standardization, line balance and application of laser technology in the cutting process. The proposed improvements resulted in a reduction in revenue foregone by 124 870,72 soles per year, representing 16,8 per cent of total sales. The improvement proposals in the company Business and Marketing Aguilar M EIRL is economically viable, this is because it obtained a Net Present Value of 135 465,09 soles, an Internal Rate of Return of 130,2% and a cost benefit of 1,89.
