The document contains the proposed implementation of the NIST CSF 1.1 framework for a government entity, as well as its implementation through the cybersecurity framework. This project allows solving the problem of unavailability of the information service that is managed on the state interoperability platform (PIDE). The implementation of the proposal allows us to meet the strategic objectives of the government entity, among them we have: strengthening the capacity of the civil service, strengthening the civil service process and providing clarity in the civil service. The document is made up of four chapters: The first chapter contains the problem that is described with the background, definition of the problem, objectives, justification, scope and risks. The second chapter contains the theoretical framework that is described about government entities, legal bases and regulatory framework for information security management. The third chapter contains the analysis, description and situation of the public entity. The fourth chapter contains the proposed solution for the implementation of the cybersecurity program, using the NIST CSF 1.1 framework.
