The present study was carried out by the company Triplay Martin S.A.C with the working population and surrounding the Masusa port, located at Av. La Marina Km 03, district of Punchana, with the purpose of determining the effects generated by the producction of solid wastes of the company Triplay Martin S.A.C. in the working population and surroundings the Masusa port. From the obtained results, it can be seen that the average of the company’s personnel and the population who answered positively YES was 53 (82%) out of a total of 41 (100%) while those who answered NO were only 12 (18%). Firewood is one of the largest volumen products produced in Wood sawing, therefore the highest degree of contamination, firewood production reaches 20.89% of the total volumen that is sawn. In the production of plywood the percentage of waste reaches 18% plus 1.98% for POLIN. The most frequent diseases that occur in the company’s personnel and population are: Acute otitis, Classic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, Respiratory infections, Intestinal infections, Pneumonia and bronchopneumonia, Influenza. The greatest strength of the people who work in the company is that they believe that environmental pollution from solid waste can be prevented and reversed. In the case of the surrounding population, it is considered that environmental pollution from solid waste can be prevented. 81% of the population is clear about the concept of environmental pollution with solid waste.
