A basic type of research has been carried out, with a correlational design, whose objective was to determine the relationship between resilience, social skills and academic performance in fourth year high school students of a private educational institution in the city of Trujillo. The sample was estimated through intentional non-probabilistic sampling; which was made up of 59 students, men and women, aged between 15 and 16 years old, belonging to the fourth year of secondary education of a private educational institution in the city of Trujillo, with enrollment registration in the year 2021, using for its evaluation the Social Skills Scale (EHS) of Gismero (2000), adapted by Ruiz (2006), the Resilience Scale for Adolescents (ERA) of Prado and Del Águila (2000) adapted by Aponte (2004) and the database of the grades obtained by the students in question. The results show that the average level of Social Skills and Resilience, and the Regular level of Academic Performance predominates in the study subjects.
