In a situation where women’s rights are violated, the State must intervene to ensure access to quality service networks that contribute to the problem. Within the peruvian framework, there are institutions and agencies specialized in providing le- gal, psychological and medical assistance to women victims of violence, however, according to statistics recorded by the Na- tional Violence Observatory, Women are reluctant to seek care from the State. The objective of this project is to evaluate the rejection of women towards institutional spaces from an infrastructural perspective and to determine the extent to which the design of a space to care for women victims of violence affects their intention to go for help, to be able to find key design elements to create spaces that improve the user experience within the prosecutor’s office and ensure that they do not desist in their intention to report. In this regard, a thorough analysis was made of the context and container chosen in order to evaluate the existing condi- tions and enhance them through an optimal design that res- ponds to the needs of the reporting person and his condition of vulnerability. Thus, the project focused on proposing specific spaces neces- sary for the physical and mental intervention of the affected person, designing suitable environments and equipment to better address the victim. In addition, each proposed element should have a positive influence on the complainant, in order to reduce the emotional impact imposed by the State protocol.
