The dynamism of markets, competition, and globalization has led companies to seek excellence in logistics management. One of the most important pillars for companies that are not producers, that is, those dedicated to supplying through imports, is the optimization of warehouse management. Efficient distribution of their products is a crucial part of their organizational capability and adaptability to solve problems that may arise in their warehouse. On the other hand, if we discuss one of the most relevant events in recent years, it is necessary to mention the pandemic caused by the coronavirus, which highlighted deficiencies in the healthcare sector in many countries around the world. Consequently, it led us to reflect on the importance of this aspect in the development of a country when it has to face a health emergency like the one that occurred. In this context, the development of this professional competency project is carried out in a Peruvian company dedicated to the commercialization of pharmaceutical products. The goal is to improve its level of service by utilizing Lean Logistics tools such as 5S, Standardized Work, and Kanban.
