This study focuses on the implementation of the TPM methodology to improve the availability of the STORK packaging line. It begins with a description of the global and national context in the first chapter. The second chapter identifies the main problem: a low availability of equipment, currently at 69%, compared to a potential of 90%. Causes include delays due to regulations, routine activities and repair times. The third chapter focuses on how to successfully establish TPM, especially on the use and application of the pillars, such as Focused Improvements, Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance. In the fourth chapter, the proposed and proposed solution is validated, achieving an increase in availability from 69% to 80%. This translates into a reduction in downtime by 14%, an average increase of 911,000 bottles annually, generating additional sales of 3,190,000 soles per year. In addition, the time dedicated to regulations is reduced by 27% and the time of routine activities by 45% thanks to TPM. In summary, this study demonstrates the economic viability of improvements with a positive IRR in several scenarios and a significant increase in the efficiency of the STORK packaging line, resulting in substantial benefits in production and reduction in downtime.
