The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between oxygen saturation and stress in pregnant women attending the Pacanguilla Health Center, during the COVID-19 pandemic, La Libertad, 2022, the methodology used had a quantitative approach, of Correlational type, with a non-experimental, cross sectional design, a sample of 169 pregnant women was used, observing that 100% of the 169 participants presented normal values of saturation and regarding the level of stress they present a level of average type, for Therefore, it was concluded that there is a relationship between oxygen saturation and stress, having a significance or p - value of 0.000, being less than alpha (0.000 < 0.05), so it is noted that, if the oxygen saturation is stable, the level of stress will be low or medium, likewise the level of oxygen saturation in the pregnant women who attend the Pacanguilla Health Center during the pandemic was 95 and 100 and the level of stress in the pregnant women before it was of a medium level, since 87.6% of the 75 pregnant women determined it.
