This thesis project aims to apply process mining following Aguirre and Rincón's framework together with SCRUM, in order to improve commercialization processes. It will show the problematic reality in the context of the present COVID 19 pandemic by which the process mining software market was affected and where agile methodologies took an important role in business. These businesses are now employing processes that are aligned with their objectives. However, not all companies pay special attention to them, every process currently has a margin for improvement, even those that have already gone through an improvement process. The results obtained allow us to conclude that after applying the methodology, an improvement in the process was obtained, reflected in a 41% reduction of hours after using the 3 main techniques of process mining and it is adapted to the limitations that are presented by not being able to have face-to-face meetings, making it easier to continue with the SCRUM process until obtaining the deliverables of the improved processes. This validates the hypothesis raised regarding the application of process mining following the framework of Aguirre and Rincón together with SCRUM improves the marketing business processes of the company Distribuciones Dmd in the year 2021
