Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo de las lesiones óseas de la población pediátrica en el Bajo Piura 2018-2021.
Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio, retrolectivo, básico y retrospectivo, comparativo. La población fue niños de 0 a 15 años atendidos en la división médico legal Catacaos, en los años 2018-2021. La muestra fue de 137 pacientes con lesiones óseas obtenidas en la ficha de recolección de datos.
Resultados: No se encuentra relación estadísticamente significativa entre la edad y las lesiones óseas. (p>0.1), el sexo (p>0.5), nivel educativo (p>0.1) ni con el tipo de suceso(p>0.3). Si se encontró relación estadística entre incapacidad médico legal (p<0.0), ubicación de la lesión (p<0.0) y con el numero de lesiones (p<0.0).
Conclusiones: Los factores de riesgo de las lesiones óseas se relaciona significativamente en la población pediátrica del Bajo Piura 2018-2021
