In this research work called ““Evaluation Of The Surface Condition Of Flexible Pavement On Avenida Huamán Section Between Avenidas Juan Pablo II And El Golf““ aims to evaluate the surface condition of flexible pavement in the avenue in study section between avenues Juan Pablo II and El Golf. And as secondary objectives, establish the sampling units of the section under study according to the parameters of the PCI methodology, determine the condition of the flexible pavement through the stages established according to the method, prepare an analysis between the calculations obtained and propose an optimal solution for the pathway affected according to the results obtained. Which will be answered in the data processing. Thus, to carry out this evaluation, the PCI method will be used in order to make a preliminary inspection of the current situation of the road under study and thus be able to classify what type of failure it is and what repair option can be suggested. That is to say, that being the first stage in the office it was not to go at peak hours and with the help of the winch and hand level, the faults present on the road were recorded on the location map, making trips every 35.4 m, marking the line with chalk. sample section. After the visual inspection, which is an observational technique, all the damages found in the two lanes will be recorded in the Excel computer program. Subsequently, in the present work, 52 sample units were obtained for each section, of which 13 units were evaluated as indicated by the Manual Pavement Condition Index. Therefore, there are 26 units evaluated and the most predominant damages were: crocodile skin, fissures and holes. Likewise, the deduced values corrected to know the quantification of the PCI for each sample unit were calculated, resulting in a value of ““32““, that is, with a classification of ““Bad““. Finally, the current condition and serviceability of the flexible pavement is visualized, suggesting a structural design of the entire Huamán avenue in order to preserve the road heritage located in the department of La Libertad
