ActiveKids is an app designed exclusively for children, young people and the development of their skills. For this reason, the business model seeks to provide parents with the facility to find the best place that offers their children and/or young people, the workshop so that they can carry out the activities that they like the most with the security that they have the flexibility to go to another workshop and experience another class without paying more or having to wait until the end of the month and enroll in an additional workshop. ActiveKids is in a favorable environment for the success of its business model in the national as it belongs to an e-commerce sector with attractive expansion potential, which will increase the market trend towards greater investment in skills development in the kids. On the other hand, the increased rates of overweight and stress to which average children and young people are exposed make it easier for our public (parents) to perceive the usefulness of ActiveKids, whose focus is not only on bringing the diversity of workshops closer to the location of the parents, but also for the parent to make the best decision, taking into account the assessment of other parents who have already received the service. In addition, your child and/or youth will have the flexibility of choosing, with the same payment made, they will experience more than one workshop or activity. This generates a clear positive impact on the child/youth as it gives them greater security to be able to choose without fear. Finally, all of the above is used in a business model that exploits a market niche that is currently neglected by the local offer of workshops aimed at children and young people. Our public target are parents belonging to socioeconomic sectors A, B and C with children mainly between the ages of 3 and 17, who consider or have knowledge about the importance of their children doing extracurricular activities. The market research carried out showed that 38% of the interviewees consider that the extracurricular workshops are "Important" and 58% consider them "Very important" for the formation of their children. On the other hand, the survey carried out shows that 90% consider it valuable that their child and/or youth have the experience of being able to attend more than one workshop in a week or a month. The investment required to start up this business is S/43,561, an amount that will be recovered in a period of no more than three years and an internal rate of 271%, which ActiveKids plans to achieve through a continuous line of investment. of five years.
