This project addresses the use of a digital twin in an airport to be able to replicate the HVAC equipment and with the use of Artificial Intelligence reach appropriate setpoints derived from the previously installed BMS systems in the airport, trying to achieve optimal levels of energy consumption, considering that HVAC equipment represent the highest energy consumption in an airport. Additionally, to reduce the facilities carbon footprint. This project aims to make profitable the proper use of energy which can make possible to reach really short times of return of investment.
