In today's business context, Talent Acquisition and retention is a challenge of increasing relevance for highly competitive and constantly evolving organizations. Anonymous company, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is no exception to this dynamic. The acquisition of professionals with specialized technical skills is an essential component to ensure success and competitiveness in the market. However, in the midst of this constant search for highly qualified Talent, crucial challenges arise. Therefore, this paper addresses a fundamental issue in the Human Resources strategy of an Anonymous company: the shortcomings of the Talent Acquisition process in specialized technical positions. The identification, selection and retention of this type of talent has become a challenge for the Human Resources area in the search for process improvement and external customer satisfaction. In this context, through an exhaustive analysis and a critical review of the current deficiencies, this paper proposes alternative solutions that seek to provide viable tools for the optimization of Talent Acquisition processes in an anonymous company.
