The present investigation is a correlational descriptive study, which aims to demónstrate that psychosocial risk factors influence the job satisfaction of the workers of Mega Representaciones S.A. The sample is of census type, is composed of 20 employees. To measure the psychosocial risk factors in the work environment, the SUCESO - ISTAS 21 questionnaire was applied, composed of 5 dimensions: (a) Psychological requirements, (b) Active work and skills development, (c) Social support and quality of leadership, (d) Compensations, and (e) Double presence. To measure job satisfaction, the "Scale of Opinions SL-SPC" questionnaire (Palma, 2005) was used, which has seven factors: (a) Physical and / or material conditions, (b) Labor and / or remunerative benefits, (c) Administrative policies, (d) Social relations, (e) Personal development, (f) Personal development, and (g) Relationship with authority. From the results of the measurement it was obtained that the collaborators are exposed to the psychosocial risk factors, which influences the job satisfaction in the organization. Statistical analysis indicates that there is a significant relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job satisfaction.
