The thesis work was born with the purpose of approaching the process of dispatching the area of logistics of network operations whose main function is to meet the requirements of maintenance centers nationwide in the telecommunications company Telefónica del Perú SA, due to to the implication that these have on the times of service and guarantee a quality service on the internal customer and in turn the end user. The objective of the work is to propose improvements for the reduction of attention times of the dispatch process in the emergency requirements of the maintenance centers, for it is applied the methodology lean six sigma in which is used process control tools and the program Minitab, as well as the analysis of processes through the tools of quality. Initiation of the Lean Six Sigma improvement proposal through the development of the DMAIC cycle. Here we propose three improvements related to the effective management of warehouses, outsourcing of the collection and shipment operation and finally the continuous attention of the requirements; the stems when interacting together, these reduce the time of search in store, allowing the reduction of the dispatch process. This process is controlled based on statistical techniques, such as process control graphs, process capacity, among others. Also, indicators of warehouse xiv management such as warehouse capacity, card coding, among others. Allowing us to highlight special or common causes that alter allowed values. Subsequently the economic evaluation is performed, analyzing the net profit before and after the improvement to finally realize the economic cash flow. Obtaining favorable results that make this work a feasible project.
